| 摘 要： | 目的在老年糖尿病护理中应用协同护理模式,并分析其实施价值。方法选取2018年2月-2019年2月,在该院治疗的200例老年糖尿病患者,将其分为两组。对照组100例,采取常规护理模式;观察组100例,应用协同护理模式。结果护理后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、SCL-90评分、SF-36评分等均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病护理中实施协同护理可减轻患者心理负担,改善患者生活质量,稳定血糖水平,应用效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To apply the collaborative nursing model in elderly diabetes care and analyze its implementation value.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,200 elderly diabetic patients treated in the hospital were selected and divided into two groups.100 patients in the control group were given the conventional nursing model;100 patients in the observation group were given the collaborative nursing model.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,SCL-90 score,and SF-36 score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of collaborative nursing in elderly diabetes care can reduce the psychological burden of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,stabilize blood glucose levels,and have good application effects. |
