强化健康认知护理对高血压合并糖尿病患者生活质量的改善作用

目的探究强化健康认知护理对高血压合并糖尿病患者生活质量的改善效果。方法选取该院2018年1—12月收治的高血压合并糖尿病患者94例,采用摸球法分为研究组和常规组,各47例。研究组采用强化健康认知护理,常规组采用常规护理。护理2个月开展随访,观察健康认知程度评分、生活质量评分及空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、收缩压、舒张压变化。结果研究组健康认知程度评分、生活质量评分均高于常规组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白等血糖指标及收缩压、舒张压等血压指标均低于常规组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化健康认知护理在高血压合并糖尿病患者中具有显著效果,可改善患者认知及生活质量,有效控制血压、血糖,值得临床推广。

Strengthening the Effect of Health Cognitive Nursing on the Quality of Life of Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Diabetes

Objective To investigate the effect of intensive health care on the quality of life of patients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods A total of 94 patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from January to December 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into study group and routine group by 47 cases each.The study group used intensive health care care and the routine group used routine care.Follow-up was performed for 2 months,and the health cognitive score,quality of life score,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure were observed.Results The health cognition score and quality of life score of the study group were higher than the conventional group,and the correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose indexes such as fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group and blood pressure indexes such as systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those in the conventional group,and the correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive health care nursing has significant effects in patients with hypertension and diabetes.It can improve patients'cognition and quality of life,effectively control blood pressure and blood glucose,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
