妇产科疾病合并糖尿病患者围术期综合护理干预的效果讨论

目的研究妇产科疾病合并糖尿病患者围术期综合护理干预的效果。方法择取2018年6月—2019年5月期间于该院收治的90例妇产科疾病合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将其随机划分为两组。改良组患者应用综合护理干预模式,普通组患者应用常规护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果改良组患者手术时间、术中出血量以及总住院治疗时间均短于普通组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改良组患者接受护理后心理状况优于普通组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科疾病合并糖尿病患者围手术期应用综合护理干预模式可促使患者康复质量得到有效提升,值得应用。

Discussion on the Effect of Perioperative Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Gynecological Diseases and Diabetes

Objective To study the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gynecological diseases and diabetes.Methods 90 patients with gynecological diseases and diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the improved group were treated with a comprehensive nursing intervention model,and patients in the general group were treated with routine care to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and total hospitalization time in the modified group were shorter than those in the normal group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the improved group were better than the normal group after receiving nursing.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention mode in the perioperative period of obstetrics and gynecology patients with diabetes can promote the improvement of the rehabilitation quality of patients and it is worthy of application.
