协同护理在人工全髋关节置换术病人中的应用分析

目的分析协同护理在人工全髋关节置换术病人中的应用效果。方法择取我院2018年1月至2019年1月行人工全髋关节置换术的患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机分组的原则,将其划分为对照组和观察组,每组包含45例。其中,采取常规护理干预的为对照组,在常规护理的基础上加用协同护理的为观察组。对两组患者干预前、干预后不同时间段的髋关节功能Harris评分进行观察和比较。评估两组患者的护理满意度与干预前后的情绪状况。结果观察组与对照组在干预后1个月、干预后3个月、干预后6个月的髋关节功能评分上比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);在干预前,两组患者的焦虑与抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在干预后,观察组与对照组的焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对两组患者的护理满意度进行评估,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对人工全髋关节置换术患者采取协同护理干预,能够有效地缓解患者的负面情绪,保证髋关节功能的恢复,提高患者对护理满意度,值得推广。

Application of Cooperative Nursing in Patients Undergoing Total Hip Replacement

Objective To analyze the effect of cooperative nursing in total hip replacement. Methods 90 patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were selected as research objects. According to the principle of random grouping,they were divided into control group and observation group,each group included 45 cases. Among them,those who took routine nursing intervention were the control group,and those who added cooperative nursing on the basis of routine nursing were the observation group. The Harris scores of hip joint function before and after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups. To evaluate the nursing satisfaction and the emotional state of the two groups before and after the intervention. Results The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant( P<0.05) in the hip joint function scores of 1 month,3 months and 6 months after the intervention;before the intervention,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);after the intervention,the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P>0.05) Significance(P<0.05). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cooperative nursing intervention for patients with total hip arthroplasty can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,ensure the recovery of hip function,and improve the patients’ satisfaction with nursing,which is worth promoting.
