| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心理治疗在人工全膝关节置换术（TKR）后康复中的临床价值。方法：48例TKR患者分为心理组28例和对照组20例，均采用术前康复指导，术后康复功能训练，心理组同时给予心理治疗。结果：治疗2、6周和3个月时2组患者膝关节功能评分都较治疗前增加（P〈0．001），心理组评分高于对照组（P〈0．001）。于术后开始锻炼1及2周后，心理组视觉模拟评分（VAS）明显低于对照组。结论：心理治疗在TKR的康复治疗中具有非常重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical value of psychiatry during the rehabilitation medical period after total knee replacement(TKR).Method: Forty-eight patients with TKR were divided into psychiatry group(n=28) and control group(n=20).All of them were subjected to preoperative rehabilitative guide and postoperative rehabilitative function training.Moreover,the patients in the psychiatry group received psychiatry.Results: After treatment for 2,6 weeks and 3 months,the knee scores in the two groups were increased significantly as compared with those before treatment(P<0.001).The scores in the psychiatry group were higher than in control group(P<(0.001)).Conclusion: The psychiatry plays a very important role in the rehabilitation of TKR. |
