| 摘 要： | 用碘化钾（ＫＩ）或二巯基丁酸钠（ＤＭＳＡ）治疗铅性肾病５０例。结果提示，驱铅及降尿糖作用二者差异无显著性意义（Ｐ＞０．０５），而降低尿蛋白和提高内生肌酐清除率的效果，ＫＩ较ＤＭＳＡ明显。此外，二者对铅性肾病大鼠肾小管上皮细胞的修复作用，从超微结构进行了比较。

| Abstract: | hirty five cases of lead nephropathy were treated with KI.The control group
consistedof 15 cases of lead nephropathy who were treated with DMSA by introvenous
injection. Thecurative effect to excrete lead from urine and to decrease glycosuria was the
same in the twogroups(P<0.05).With regard to the effect to decrease proteinuria and to increase
Ccr KIwas better than DMSA(P<0.05,P<0.01 and p=0.05 respectively).In the KI group
thereappeared no side effects. 3/15 cases of DMSA group presented nausea, vomit, skin rash
andvertigo,The ultrastructure of proximal tubule cells were improved in two groups,bu KIgroup
was better than DMSA group.It was concluded that KI is a hopeful oral chelating a-gent. |
