小剂量硝苯吡啶防治原发性高血压病远期疗效分析

本文对７０例原发性高血压病用硝苯吡啶治疗，使血压降到正常或接近正常范围后对有效的６５例口服小剂量硝苯吡啶进行长期维持治疗，通过临床跟踪观察，结果显示：有５９例（９０．８％）患者一直稳定在治疗后基础血压水平，基本无明显波动。笔者认为：用小剂量硝苯吡啶能有效的降压，并使静息和运动时血压下降幅度稳定较长时间，同时又明显的减少了该药的副作用。因此，长期坚持小剂量硝苯吡啶治疗。可被认为是目前防止血压反复出现

LONG-TERM THERAPY EFFECT ANALYSIS ON MINOR DOSE NIFEDIPINE REMEDING ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION

In this paper,among 70 cases essential hypertension patients treatedwith Nifedipine, 65 cases whose blood pressure down to normal or approximately normalwere then conducted Long-term maintance treatment with small dose Nifedipine (po).The clinical visite show:The blood pressure of 59 cases(90. 8% ) Lies in the base levelall the time and no significant fluctuation. Writers say:The minor dose Nifedipine can effectively decline. Blood pressure and keep the declined range for longer time either quietor sport and reduce the side effect of the drug. As a result, Long-term minor dose Nifediliine therapy can be regarded as the first choice drug for preventing blood pressure from repeatedly fluctuation.
