遵循相同原则的腹腔镜与经腹阑尾切除术的疗效对比

目的:对比分析腹腔镜阑尾切除术(laparoscopic appendectomy,LA)与开腹阑尾切除术(open appendectomy,OA)的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2009年1月至2011年12月为216例患者行阑尾切除术的临床资料,其中104例行LA(LA组),112例行OA(OA组)。结果:LA组出血量、疼痛程度、肠道功能恢复时间、切口感染、切口满意度、住院时间均明显优于OA组(P<0.05或<0.01),两组患者手术时间、放置引流管、治疗费用差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:遵循与OA相同的原则,LA具有出血少、术后疼痛轻、切口满意率高、住院时间短等优点,且不增加患者的手术时间与住院费用,临床优势明显。

Comparison of the curative effect between laparoscopic appendectomy and open appendectomy following the same principle

Objective:To comparatively analyze the clinical curative effect between laparoscopic appendectomy(LA) and open appendectomy(OA).Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on clinically relevant parameters of 104 cases of LA and 112 cases of OA at the same time between Jan.2009 and Dec.2011.Results:The amount of bleeding during the operation,the degree of pain,intestinal function recovery time,wound infection,incision satisfaction rate and hospital stay were significantly better in LA group than in OA group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but there was not statistically significant difference in the operation time,drainage tube rate and hospitalization cost between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:LA following the same principle of OA shows better clinical effect,such as less blood loss and pain,higher incision satisfaction rate,shorter hospital stay,not increasing operative time and hospitalization cost,and is worthy to be widely applied.
