荔枝核药材质量标准研究

目的:建立荔枝核药材的质量控制标准。方法:对市售9批荔枝核进行性状鉴定,显微鉴定,并按《中国药典》2010年版(一部)要求增加对市售荔枝核药材中的水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分、浸出物等指标进行分析。结果:市售9批药材的性状、显微鉴定与《中国药典》中所载结果相同,样品中水分含量范围为9.98%～12.02%,平均值为10.97%;总灰分含量范围为11.56%～14.02%,平均值为12.86%;酸不溶性灰分含量范围为0.99%～1.60%,平均值为1.28%;水溶性浸出物含量范围为10.12%～10.79%,平均值为10.44%;95%乙醇浸出物含量范围为5.13%～5.64%,平均值为5.43%,并对其含量限度提出了建议。结论:荔枝核药材中水分检查限度不超过15.0%,总灰分检查限度不超过15.0%,酸不溶灰分检查限度不超过2.0%,水溶性、乙醇浸出物含量分别不低于10.0%和5.0%。所制定荔枝核药材的质量控制标准可用于评价荔枝核药材的质量。

Study on Quality Standards for Litchi Seeds

Objective：To establish quality standards for seeds of Litchi. Methods：The characteristics features of Litchi seeds were observed by morphological and microscopic.Indices such as moisture, total ash,insoluble ash, extract and so on were analyzed according to record of Chinese pharmacopoeia 2010 edition. Results：The morphological and microscopic characteristics features of seeds of Litehi were consistent with the record of Chinese pharmacopoeia 2010 edi. The moisture range of 9 batch herbs is from 9.98% to 12.02%,average is 10.97%. The total ash range of Litchi seeds is from 11.56% to 14.02%,average is 12.86%. Acid insoluble ash range of Litchi seeds is from 0.99% to 1.60%,average is 1.28%. Water- soluble extract range of Litchi seeds is from 10.12% to 10.79% ,average is 10.44%. The 95% alcoholic extract range of Litchi seeds is from 5.13% to 5.64%,average is 5.43%. Conclusion：Quality standards of Litehi seeds are as follows：con- tents of moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash shouldn＇t be more than 15.0%, 15.0%, 20.0%,respectively.Howerve, contents of water-soluble extract and alcohol extract shouldn＇t be less than 10.0%,50%,respectively.This quality standards can be used to evaluate the quality for Litchi seeds.
