幽门螺杆菌致癌机制的研究进展

胃癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤，死亡率较高。胃癌的发生是一个多因素、多步骤的过程。深入研究胃癌的发病机制对其防治起重要作用。幽门螺杆菌（Hpylori）与胃癌的发生密切相关，目前H．pylori致癌机制的研究主要包括基因不稳定性、细胞因子、胃上皮细胞增殖和凋亡、H．pylori毒力因子、环氧合酶-2、免疫等方面。本文就此作一综述。

Advance in Studies on Carcinogenesis Mechanisms of Helicobacter pylori

Gastric carcinoma is a common malignant tumor of gastrointestinal tract with high mortality. The development of gastric carcinoma is a multi-factor and multi-step process. In-depth study of its pathogenesis is important for its prevention and treatment. Helicobacter pylori （H. pylori） has been proved to be closely correlated with gastric carcinoma. At present, the mechanisms of gastric carcinogenesis due to H. pylori mainly include gene instability, cytokine, proliferation and apoptosis of gastric epithelial cells, H. pylori virulence factor, cyclooxygenase-2, and immunity. This article reviewed the carcinogenesis mechanisms of H. pylori.
