艾灸预防输液并发静脉炎临床观察

目的 :探讨艾灸预防浅静脉留置针输液并发静脉炎的影响。方法:将120例使用浅静脉留置针输液的患者随机分为2组 ,每组60例共输液320例次。观察组艾灸足三里及穿刺点始沿近心端静脉约10cm处预防静脉炎 ,对照组按留置针常规护理 ,对浅静脉留置针输液后出现静脉炎进行对照观察。结果:实验组静脉炎发生率为10 %,对照组静脉炎发生率为22.5%(P<0.005)。两组套管针留置时间与静脉炎发生情况结果为:留置时间≤4天两组静脉炎发生率分别为2、10例 (P<0.01) ,留置时间5～6天两组静脉炎发生率分别4、24例 (P<0.005) ,留置时间>7天2组静脉炎发生率分别为10、22例 (P<0.01)。结论:使用艾灸可使浅静脉留置针输液并发静脉炎的发生率明显下降及延长留置针的使用时间

Clinical Study Of Moxibustion Prevent Phlebitis Result From Superficial Vein Catheter Transfusion

Objective: To study the effect of the moxibustion in preventing phlebitis resulting from venour transfusion of superficial INTIMA . Method: 120 cases of patients with superficial vein catheter transfusion were randomly divided info two groups, experimental group (60 cases) using moxibustion. while control group (60 cases) not using any preventing nurse. Result: In experimental group the rate of phlebitis was 10%, In control group the rate of phlebitits was22.5%(P<0.005).The result for the time of retaining needks of these two groups and phlebitis taking place is that time for retaining is≤4 days to 7 days.The result is evenly χ2=5.54,P<0.01,the retaining time is 5～6 days,the result is χ2=15.66,P<0.005. Conclusion:moxibusion is effective in preventing phlebitis. Moxibusion can reduce rste of phlebitis and prolong useing time of superficial vein INTIMA needle cathter transfusion. So can increase the efficiency and decrease the pains and economic burden of the patients.
