血管内皮细胞损伤机制及保护药物的研究

摘    要:血管内皮不仅仅是血管的屏障层,而且可以通过产生和释放各种活性物质,调节血管的功能,维持正常血管功能和血液供应状态。由于血管内皮细胞直接与循环血液接触,易于受到血液中活性物质的影响,导致内皮细胞的损伤,引起多种血管性疾病。本文简要介绍氧化应激、氧化型胆固醇、氧化型低密度脂蛋白、内皮细胞黏附分子、细胞因子以及同型半胱氨酸等多种因素与内皮细胞损伤的相互作用,导致血管内皮细胞损伤的机制,并对保护内皮细胞功能的药物研究现状作简单综述。

Abstract:The vascular endothelium is an important cellular layer between the blood and vessel, which not only plays a protective effect for the vessel and also regulates the functions of vessels by producing and excreting different active factors such as the adhesion molecules and nitrate oxide, etc. In the present review, the mechanisms of injuries of endothelial cell induced by oxidative stress, oxysterol, oxidized low density lipoprotein, intercellular adhesion molecules and homocysteine are discussed depending on the research results published. The research progress in protective drugs of endothelial cell is also briefly discussed.
