| 摘 要： | 通过对3种颅内疾病110例传统开颅手术和伽玛刀治疗的医疗效率指标和费用支出等方面比较。结果提示γ刀的治疗的平均住院日、平均术前住院日、平均术后住院日皆比开颅手术少，有利于提高医疗效率指标；两种方法治疗的人均医疗费相差不大；γ刀对颅内同时存在的两种疾病进行一次性治疗具有优势；开颅手术的后续治疗率明显高于γ刀治疗。

| Abstract: | Comparative studies between Gamma knife and craniotomy treatments in three types of intracranial diseases in atotal of 110 cases showed: Gamma knife treatment needed shorter average hospital stay, average preoperative stay, and average postoperative stay, therefore with higher efficiency indicators than craniotomy treatment; no significant differences in per patient medical expenses between the two treatments; Gamma knife treatment has advantages in coexistent two intracranial diseases; follow - up treatment rate was significantly higher in craniotomy than in Gamma knife treatment. |
