康妇炎胶囊联合甲硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗细菌性阴道病180例疗效观察

目的：观察康妇炎胶囊联合甲硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗细菌性阴道病临床疗效。方法将180例患者随机分为两组，对照组单纯使用甲硝唑阴道泡腾片阴道放药治疗。治疗组在上述治疗基础上同时给予康妇炎胶囊口服，对两组治疗结果进行疗效观察。结果对照组和治疗组治愈率分别为：78%、100%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用康妇炎胶囊联合甲硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗细菌性阴道病，增强疗效，防止复发、简便易行。

Curative effect observation on 180 cases of Kang Fu Yan capsules combined with metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Kang Fu Yan capsules combined with metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets of bacterial vaginosis. Methods 180 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group： the simple use of metronidazole vaginal effervescent vaginal discharge medication. Treatment group while giving oral Kang Fu Yan capsules in the above treatment, based on the results of the two treatment efficacy. Results In the control group and the treatment group cure rates were：78%, 100%of the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Kang Fu Yan capsules combined with metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets to treat bacterial vaginosis, enhance efficacy, relapse prevention, easy.
