摘    要:目的 研究银杏内酯B对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注模型的保护作用及其可能机制.方法 通过栓线法建立大鼠大脑缺血3小时再灌注21小时模型,观察银杏内酯B对大鼠神经行为改变、脑梗死范围和缺血侧大脑含水量的改变,同时检测脑组织匀浆中SOD活性、MDA、NO、GSH、GSH-PX及CAT含量的改变.结果 银杏内酯B中剂量,高剂量组能够明显改变模型大鼠神经行为、脑梗死范围和缺血侧大脑含水量,银杏内酯B治疗能够明显升高大鼠大脑组织匀浆SOD活性,降低MDA和NO含量,提高GSH、GSHPX含量及降低CAT活性.结论 银杏内酯B对缺血-再灌注脑损伤具有一定的保护作用,其机制可能是与抗自由基损伤,提高机体清除自由基的能力,自由基产生减少有关.

Research on effect of Ginkgolide B Injection on rat cerebral ischemia reperfusion model

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effects of ginkgolide B on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model in rats and its possible mechanism. Methods Suture method in rats brain for ischemia 3 hour and reperfusion 21 hour model, observe the effect of ginkgolide B on neural behavior changes in rats, cerebral infarction and ischemic cerebral water content change, and detect the activity of SOD, MDA, GSH, GSH-PX, NO, and CAT content change in brain tissue. Results The middle and high dose of ginkgolide B group can significantly change the neural behavior, cerebral infarction and ischemic cerebral water content in model rats. Treat with ginkgolide B can significantly increase the activity of SOD, decreased MDA and NO content, increase GSH, GSH-PX content and reduced CAT activity in brain tissue homogenate of rats. Conclusions There is a protective effect of ginkgolide B on ischemia reperfusion brain injury. The mechanism may be associated with anti free radical damage, improve the body's ability to eliminate free radicals and free radicalsrelated.
