女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的研究进展

盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)是中、老年妇女的常见病和多发病。近年来,随着我国人口的老龄化、生活水平的提高、人们卫生保健意识的增强及现代医学技术的迅速发展、医学对盆底解剖认识的深入,人们对盆底解剖认识的深入及对盆底功能锻炼的重视,盆底修复和重建的治疗取得了很大的进展。该文就女性PFD的病因、发病机制及国内外相关治疗的进展予以综述。

Advances in Research of Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

Pelvic floor dysfunction （PFD） is a common and frequently-occurring disease in elderlywomen. In recent years, along with the aging of population and the improvement of living standard in China,as well as Strengthening of people＇s sense of hygiene and health protection,the development of modern medi-cal science and the deepening recognition of pelvic floor＇s dissection, more attention being paid to the func-tion of pelvic floor,great development has been achieved in the pelvic floor rehabilitation and reconstruction.Here is to make a review of the research progress in the etiology, pathogenesis and therapy of female PFD.
