情境模拟教学在高职人文护理课程中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨情境模拟教学在高职人文护理专业课程中应用的效果。方法选取2016级护理专业600名学生为对照组,采用小组讨论+案例分析教学;2017级护理专业640名学生为试验组,采用情境模拟教学。两组分别在新生报到第1个月、进入临床实习前进行共情能力、关怀能力自我评价。结果进入临床实习前,试验组共情能力、关怀能力总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情境模拟教学在培养学生共情能力和关怀能力方面优于小组讨论+案例分析教学。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of scenario simulation teaching in nursing humanities course in the high vocational college.Methods Totally 600 nursing students recruited in 2016 were assigned into the control group and received group discussion and case analysis teaching model.Another 640 nursing students recruited in 2017 were assigned into the experimental group and received scenario simulation teaching model.The empathy ability and humanistic care ability between the two groups were compared.Results The overall score of empathy ability and humanistic care ability of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scenario simulation teaching model has better effects than the traditional teaching method.
