| 摘 要： | 广东德庆为何首乌药材的道地产区之一,该研究综合运用大孔树脂(HP-20)、硅胶、凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)、制备型HPLC等色谱技术,从广东德庆产何首乌的块根中分离得到了1个化合物,并通过理化常数、波谱技术、计算圆二色谱及化学方法鉴定了其结构,为1个新的黄酮二苯乙烯苷,命名为何首乌黄酮茋B(polygonflavanol B,1)。

| Abstract: | Polygonflavanol B(1), a new flavonostilbene glycoside, was isolated from the roots of Polygonum multiforum(Polygonaceae) by various column chromatography methods including macroporous resin HP-20, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and preparative HPLC. The structure with absolute configuration of the new compound was identified by its physicochemical properties, spectroscopic data, ECD calculation, and chemical method. |
