罗哌卡因联合地塞米松局部注射治疗PPH术后早期肛门部疼痛和坠胀感的疗效观察

目的观察罗哌卡因联合地塞米松局部注射治疗PPH术后早期肛门部疼痛和坠胀感的疗效。方法将2016年6月至2018年6月间接受PPH手术的痔患者62例进行对照研究,使用随机数字表法将31例行罗哌卡因联合地塞米松局部注射治疗的PPH患者为实验组,31例常规PPH手术患者为对照组,采用SPSS11.0软件包进行统计学处理,术后24 h、48 h、72 h VAS评分和坠胀感情况评分计量资料采用(±s),采用独立t检验;计数资料比较采用卡方检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果实验组术后24 h、48 h、72 h各时点肛门部疼痛情况评分分值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组术后使用镇痛药物人次显著下降(P<0.05);实验组术后24 h、48 h、72 h各时点肛门部坠胀感情况评分分值也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因联合地塞米松局部注射治疗可有效减轻PPH术后早期肛门部疼痛和坠胀感,促进患者术后快速康复。

Effects of local injection with ropivacaine and dexamethasone to relieve anal pain and tenesmus after the Procedure for prolapsing hemorrhoids(PPH)

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of local injection with ropivacaine and dexamethasone to relieve anal pain and tenesmus after the procedure for prolapsing hemorrhoids(PPH). Methods62 cases with hemorrhoid treated in our hospital by PPH from Jun 2016 to Jun 2018 were selected as subjects in the study. According to the random number table method, the 31 cases(experimental group) combined with local injection with ropivacaine and dexamethasone after PPH and 31 cases(control group) treated only with PPH were analyzed. SPSS11.0 software package was used to analyze. The measurement data was treated with the t-test, and the Chi square was used for counting data. ResultsThe scores of anal pain in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group at every time after the operation(P<0.05). The cases of analgesic use were also lower than the control group(P<0.05). The scores of anal tenesmus in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group at every time after the operation(P<0.05). ConclusionsLocal injection with ropivacaine and dexamethasone after PPH was effective to improve the anal pain and tenesmus, which promotes rapid recovery.
