| 摘 要： | 研究了硝酸铈对大鼠内脏、大脑、肌肉中ＡＴＰ酶活性的影响。结果显示，连续腹腔注射低浓度硝酸铈后，大鼠肝脏、肾脏、心脏等组织中Ｃａ２＋ －ＡＴＰ酶，Ｋ＋ 、Ｎａ＋ －ＡＴＰ酶，Ｍｇ２＋ －ＡＴＰ酶活性明显增强；而当注射高浓度硝酸铈时，酶活性均未发生明显变化。估计这是机体受到外界毒物影响后的一种保护机制

| Abstract: | The effect of cerous nitrate on the activity of some ion dependent ATPase such as Ca 2 -ATPase, K ,Na -ATPase and Mg 2 -ATPase was studied in vivo. The results showed that Ca 2 -ATPase, K ,Na -ATPase and Mg 2 -ATPase activity was increased in rat liver, kidney and heart after recurrent intraperitoneal administration of low dose of cerous nitrate(1mg/kg),but no changes happened for these enzymes activity after high cerous nitrate administration(50mg/kg).The mechanism of the phenomena was discussed. |
