硝酸铈对大鼠组织中ATP酶活性的影响

摘    要:研究了硝酸铈对大鼠内脏、大脑、肌肉中ATP酶活性的影响。结果显示,连续腹腔注射低浓度硝酸铈后,大鼠肝脏、肾脏、心脏等组织中Ca2+ -ATP酶,K+ 、Na+ -ATP酶,Mg2+ -ATP酶活性明显增强;而当注射高浓度硝酸铈时,酶活性均未发生明显变化。估计这是机体受到外界毒物影响后的一种保护机制

Abstract:The effect of cerous nitrate on the activity of some ion dependent ATPase such as Ca 2 -ATPase, K ,Na -ATPase and Mg 2 -ATPase was studied in vivo. The results showed that Ca 2 -ATPase, K ,Na -ATPase and Mg 2 -ATPase activity was increased in rat liver, kidney and heart after recurrent intraperitoneal administration of low dose of cerous nitrate(1mg/kg),but no changes happened for these enzymes activity after high cerous nitrate administration(50mg/kg).The mechanism of the phenomena was discussed.
