摘    要:目的:观察紫外线照射充氧自血回输对心绞痛患者心电图Q—T离散度(QT dispersion QTd)的影响。方法:110例QTd(QTcd)>50ms的心绞痛患者分为A,B两组,A组接受UBIO加传统药物治疗,B组接受传统药物治疗。观察两组治疗前后临床症状改善情况及QTcd的变化。结果:接受紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗的A组,临床症状改善显著,QTcd与B组比较明显减少(t=2.63 P<0.01)。结论:紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗心绞痛疗效确切,能有效降低心绞痛患者QTd,使心室肌复极趋向一致,从而减少室性心律失常的发生,有效预防心源性猝死。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation (UBIO) on QT dispersion(QTd) in patients with angian pectrois. Methods:110 patients with angian pectrois which QTd> 50ms were divided into two groups:group A (treated with traditional drug and UBIO)and group B(treated with traditional drug only).In two groups the QTd and the clinical symptom were obeserved. Result:It showed that QTd in patients of group A was more decreased than that of group B(P<0.001). Conclusion:The study indicates that the UBIO could effectively decrease the QTd of angian pectrois patients, and the ventricular arrhythmia would be decreased.
