| 摘 要： | 目的：观察紫外线照射充氧自血回输对心绞痛患者心电图Q—T离散度(QT dispersion QTd)的影响。方法：110例QTd(QTcd)＞50ms的心绞痛患者分为A，B两组，A组接受UBIO加传统药物治疗，B组接受传统药物治疗。观察两组治疗前后临床症状改善情况及QTcd的变化。结果：接受紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗的A组，临床症状改善显著，QTcd与B组比较明显减少(t＝2．63 P＜0．01)。结论：紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗心绞痛疗效确切，能有效降低心绞痛患者QTd，使心室肌复极趋向一致，从而减少室性心律失常的发生，有效预防心源性猝死。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation (UBIO) on QT dispersion(QTd) in patients with angian pectrois. Methods:110 patients with angian pectrois which QTd> 50ms were divided into two groups:group A (treated with traditional drug and UBIO)and group B(treated with traditional drug only).In two groups the QTd and the clinical symptom were obeserved. Result:It showed that QTd in patients of group A was more decreased than that of group B(P<0.001). Conclusion:The study indicates that the UBIO could effectively decrease the QTd of angian pectrois patients, and the ventricular arrhythmia would be decreased. |
