浸润性早期大肠癌局部淋巴结转移的治疗研究

Study on treatment of infiltrative large intestinal carcinoma with local lymphatic metastasis in early stage

Purpose To study wheather large intestina carcinomal with local lymphatic metastasis in early stage after cauterization under endoscope or surgical local removal under analdilation needs supplementary radical removal.Methods Serial pathological section samples obtained from 103 cases of locally removed early stage large intestine carcinoma were studied.Results Of the 103 cases of early stage large intestine carcinoma subjected to routine local removal,37 were pathologically confirmed to be intra mucosal carcinoma and 66 were confirmed to be infiltrative early cancer.55 of the later 66 cases were subjected to supplementary surgical radical removal,14(25.5%) cases were found local lymphatic metastasis of infiltration of lymphatic vessels leading to embolism,of them,6(28.6%) cases were being polypoid and 8(71.4%) cases were non polypoid.Conclusions Whether infiltrative early stage large intestine carcinoma with local lymphatic metastasis should be subjected to supplementary surgical radical removal should be based on a comprehensive consideration of the age of the patient,the morphology of the adenoma,the degree of cancer cell differentiation,the degree of cancer infiltration and other factors.
