血清HBV DNA与乙肝病型及e系统之间关系探讨

The relationship between HBV DNA and subtype of hepatitis and system of anti-HBe and HBeAg

To explore the relationship between serum HBV DNA and clinical subtype of hepatitis and system of anti HBe and HBeAg.Methods HBV DNA and hepatitis markers in serum in 310 cases of HBV carrier and HBV hepatitis were measured by PCR and ELISA respectively.Results The positive rate of HBV DNA was the highest in patients with chronic hepatitis or symptomless HBV carriers,it was significant higher than that in patients with cirrhosis and acute hepatitis;the highest rate of HBV DNA was present in patients with acute hepatitis or chronic hepatitis (slight symptom) in patients with HBeAg( ),and the difference is significantly higher than that in the patients with chronic hepatitis or cirrhosis;In the patients with anti HBe the hightest rate of HBV DNA was seen in chronic hepatitis (medium symptoms) or cirrhosis,the statistical difference was present compared to the patients with acute hepatitis or symptomless HBV carriers.Conclusions The positive rate of HBV DNA was related to the progression of HBV hepatitis,both positivities of HBeAg and HBV DNA often seen in patients with slight hepatitis,whereas the both positivities of anti HBe and HBV DNA belonged to the patients with severe hepatitis.It should be stressed that it does not mean the end of replication of HBV DNA and recovery of hepatitis when HBeAg turned into negative while anti HBe come into being in serum.
