| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术的护理要点。方法:回顾性分析285例逆行胰胆管造影术患者ERCP的术前、术中、术后以及并发症的观察与护理。结果:285例患者ERCP术均取得成功,经良好的护理,均能顺利恢复,效果满意。结论:术前充分的准备和良好的心理护理,术后注意观察病情,及时发现并作好并发症的护理,是ERCP成功的重要条件。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the key points of nursing in endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography（ERCP）. Methods： The observation and nursing of preoperative,in section,postoperative and complications of 285 cases with ERCP were observed restropectively. Results： All the operations of the 285 cases were done successfully,and recovered with good care,the effects were satisfied. Conclusion： Enough preparation before operation,carefully observation after the operation,finding and treating the complications in time is the important conditions in success of ERCP. |
