| 摘 要： | 报道３０例儿童髓母细胞瘤，其中小脑蚓部２５例，小脑半球５例。组织类型：经典型１９便，促纤维增生型１０例，肌细胞型１型。免疫组化标记Ｓ－１００，ＮＳＥ，ＮＦ，ＧＦＡＰ阳性率分别为９０％，８５％，８５％，６０％，显示有向神经元和／或胶质细胞双向分化的能力。３例电镜结果眯支持髓母细胞瘤是具有双向分化潜能的原始神经外胚层来源的肿瘤。

| Abstract: | cases of childreldren medulloblastoma were rep orted. Among them,25 cases were were limited to cerebellar vermis, and 5 cases were in cerebellum.Amone histological types, 19 cases were classic, 10 cases were desmoplatic and lcase was museular. The positivities of immmunohoistochemistry for S-100, NSE, NF,GFAP were 90%, 85%, 85%,60%, respectvely, It was suggested that medulloblastoma preserved the ability to differentiate into neurones and /or astrocytes. The resultsof 3 cases observed by electronm icroscopy also supported the fact that medulloblastomacould differentiate into astrocytes and/or neorone, and was derived from primary neur-onal ectoderm |
