舒适护理对择期剖宫产产妇舒适度及疼痛程度的影响

目的：探讨舒适护理对择期剖宫产产妇舒适度及疼痛程度的影响。方法：将360例剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组、对照组各180例。2组均在腰硬联合麻醉下行剖宫产术,同时给予围手术期常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予心理舒适、环境舒适、疼痛舒适等舒适护理措施。观察2组患者舒适度及疼痛程度。结果：观察组舒适度高于对照组,2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组疼痛程度低于对照组,2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对剖宫产产妇给予舒适护理有助于提高产妇舒适度,并可降低疼痛程度。

Influence of Comfortable Nursing on Comfort and Pain in Parturient with Caesarean

Objective： To explore the influence of comfortable nursing on comfort and pain in par~＇ient with caesarean. Method： All 360 patients were randomly assigned into observation group and control group, 180 cases each group. Caesarean section was performed when the patients of both groups were under lumbar-epidural anesthesia; meanwhile the patients were given with conventional perioperative care. Observation group were also given with comfortable nursing for psychology, environment and pain. Degrees of comfort and pain in all patients were observed. Result： Observation group was higher than control group in degrees of comfort and pain with remarkable difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comfortable nursing for parturient with caesarean will be helpful to raise degree of comfort and reduce pain.
