| 摘 要： | 目的研究疏血通脉胶囊对小鼠肠系膜微循环的影响。方法制备疏血通脉胶囊含药血清,采用血清药理学和活体肠系膜微循环观察法,观察疏血通脉胶囊含药血清对去甲肾上腺素（NA）致肠系膜微循环障碍模型小鼠的肠系膜微血管管径和肠系膜微血管血液恢复流动的影响。结果疏血通脉胶囊含药血清能扩张小鼠肠系膜微血管管径,缩短微循环障碍模型小鼠肠系膜血流恢复时间。结论疏血通脉胶囊具有改善小鼠微循环障碍的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the effects of Shuxue Tongmai Capsule on mesenteric microcirculation of mice.Methods The medicated serum of Shuxue Tongmai Capsule was made.The effects of the medicated serum of Shuxue Tongmai Capsule on mesenteric microvascular diameter and blood flow of mice models with mesenteric microcirculation obstacle induced by norepinephrine were observed by adopting serum pharmacology and the observation method of in vivo mesenteric microcirculation.Results The medicated serum of Shuxue Tongmai Capsule could expand mesenteric microvascular diameter of mice,and shorten blood flow restoration time of mesentery of mice models with microcirculation obstacle.Conclusion Shuxue Tongmai Capsule has the effects improving microcirculation obstacle of mice. |
