| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心理护理干预对肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法：将80例肺癌患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例。2组患者均给予肺癌常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理干预：消除紧张焦虑、消极以及敏感多疑心理。结果：症状单项测量项目、症状量表、功能量表、总体健康状况等单项评分观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。生活质量优良率观察组为70.00%,对照组为40.00%,2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：心理护理干预可改善肺癌患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To survey the influence of psychological nursing intervention on life quality of patients with lung cancer. Method： A total of 80 patients were randomly allocated into observation group and control group, 40 cases each group. Both groups received routine nursing for lung cancer, on the base of routine nursing observation group were administered with psychological nursing intervention, which could eliminate intensity and anxiety, depression, sensitivity and oversensitivity. Result： Observation group was superior to control group in single score including single symptom, symptom scale, function scale, total health conditions and others （P〈0.05）. Excellence rate of observation group was 70.00%, higher than 40.00% of control group with statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Psychological nursing intervention can improve life quality of patients with lung cancer. |
