寿胎丸加味联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产疗效观察

目的：观察寿胎丸加味联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产的临床疗效。方法：将90例先兆流产患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组50例给予中药寿胎丸加味联合黄体酮治疗;对照组40例采用黄体酮肌肉注射合维生素E治疗,2个疗程（1个疗程5天）后对2组治疗前后总体疗效及症状（出血、腰腹疼痛）消失时间进行比较,同时监测血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）、孕激素（P）水平。结果：2组治愈率治疗组为96.00%,对照组为77.50%,2组相比差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;2组症状消失时间和血清β-HCG、P值比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：寿胎丸加味联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产具有良好的临床效果。

Therapeutic Effects of Modified ShouTaiWan and Progesterone in the Treatment of Threatened Abortion

Objective： To explore therapeutic effects of modified ShouTaiWan and progersterone in treating threatened abortion. Method： Ninety patients were randomly allocated into 50 cases in treatment group and 40 cases in control group. Treatment group were given with modified ShouTaiWan and progersterone, control group were adminis- tered with intramuscular injection of progesterone and Vitamin E, Symptom disappearing time （bleed, lumbar and ab- dominal pain） and total effect were compared before and after treating after two sessions（five days as one session）, lev- el of β-HCG and progestin were monitored at the same time. Result： Cure rate of treatment group was 96.00%, higher than 77.50% of control group with statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; comparison between both groups showed remarkable difference in symptom disappearing time, semm β-HCG and P index（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modified ShouTaiWart and progesterone showed better clinical effects in treating threatened abortion.
