中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石350例临床体会

目的：探讨体外冲击波碎石（ESWL）及中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年1月至2012年1月收治的符合泌尿系结石诊断标准的患者350例,采用ESWL治疗,然后给予患者中药排石汤及西药抗感染治疗,观察患者结石排空情况及临床疗效。结果：治愈301例,占86.00%;好转26例,占7.43%;无效23例,占6.57%;总有效率93.43%。1次排石成功215例,2次排石成功68例,3次排石成功18例。结论：ESWL后给予中西医结合治疗,可增强排石效果,提高治愈率,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical Experience on Treating 350 Cases of Urinary Stone with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective： To approach therapeutic effects of extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy （ESWL） and inte- grated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating urinary stone. Method： A total of 350 patients admitted from January, 2010 to January, 2012 were chosen, treated with ESWL and then given with Pai Shi Tang and anti-infec- tion medicine. Stone-free condition and clinical effects of patients were observed. Result： All 301 cases were cured and reached to 86.00%; 26 cases effective and 7.43%; 23 cases ineffective and 6.57%; total effective rate was 93.43%. 215 patients were successful in freeing stone once, 68 cases did twice, and 18 cases did three times. Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can enhance the effect of stone-free and improve cure rate of patients after ESWL.
