葛根汤合升陷汤加减治疗气血两虚型颈性眩晕的临床观察

目的:观察葛根汤合升陷汤治疗气血两虚型颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:采用葛根汤合升陷汤治疗气血两虚型颈性眩晕患者48例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用葛根汤合升陷汤汤剂治疗。主要观察两组治疗前后疗效变化情况及中医证候积分情况。结果:治疗组与对照组总疗效相比差异有统计学意义(P0.05),且治疗组中医证候积分比较优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:葛根汤合升陷汤治疗气血两虚型颈性眩晕临床疗效显著,值得在临床上进一步推广。

Clinical observation on treating blood deficiency type of cervical vertigo effects with Gegen decoction plus Shengxian decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of treating blood deficiency type of cervical vertigo effects with Gegen co-liter trap decoction.Methods: Gegen co-liter trap decoction treated 48 cases of blood deficiency type patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,The control group received conventional treatment,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of the trap treated with Gegen co-liter trap decoction.Observing the efficacy of changes in the two groups before and after treatment and TCM syndrome score.Results: The treatment group difference was statistically significant(P <0.05) compared with the total effect of the control group and treatment group TCM syndrome score than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Treating blood deficiency type of cervical vertigo Gegen co-liter trap decoction,clinical efficacy,and worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
