针刀松解枕下三角配合旋牵手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病75例临床观察

目的：观察针刀松解枕下三角配合旋牵手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将150例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为2组,每组75例。治疗组以针刀松解枕下三角配合旋牵手法治疗,对照组以穴位注射于颈3～6夹脊穴及天柱（双侧）、风池（双侧）治疗。结果：痊愈率对照组为12.00%,治疗组为30.67%,2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。总有效率对照组为81.33%,治疗组为97.34%,2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：针刀松解枕下三角配合旋牵手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Needle-knife in Releasing Suboccipital Triangle and Rotation-Traction Manipulation in Treating 75 Cases of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

Objective： To explore clinical effects of needle-knife in releasing suboccipital triangle and rotation-traction manipulation in treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Method： All 150 cases were randomly assigned into two groups,75 cases each group. Treatment group received needle-knife in releasing suboccipital triangle and rotation-traction manipulation in treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type while control group were administered with acupoint injection at the third cervical paravertebral points to the sixth, Tianzhu （BL10, bilateral） and Fengchi （GB20, bilateral）. Result： Cure rate of control group was 12.00%, lower than 30.67% of treatment group with statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Total effective rate of control group was 81.33%, lower than 97.34% of treatment group with statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Needle-knife in releasing suboccipital triangle and rotation-traction manipulation can acquire notable effects in treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
