中医外治法治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效分析

目的:探讨中医外治法治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选择2009年1月～2011年1月间门诊治疗的类风湿性关节炎患者120例,随机分为两组,观察组给予中医外治法治疗,10次为1个疗程。对照组给予口服甲氨喋呤、柳氮磺吡啶治疗。观察两组治疗60d后的临床效果。结果:观察组的显效率和有效率分别为46.7%、96.7%,对照组分别为36.7%、90.0%,两组的显效率和有效率比较差异均有显著性意义(P均0.01);观察组患者的压痛指数更小,握力增加的更大,关节肿胀缓解的更明显,晨僵时间更短(P0.05)。结论:中医外治法治疗类风湿性关节炎优于单纯西药治疗,值得临床推广应用。

An analysis on treating rheumatoid arthritis in TCM

Objective: To investigate effects of treating rheumatoid arthritis in TCM.Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group was treated in TCM,10 times for a course;the control group was given oral methotrexate,sulfasalazine,observing clinical effects after 60 days.Results: The markedly effective rate and effective rates of the observation group were 46.7%,96.7%,while 36.7%,90.0% of the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.01);tenderness index is smaller,a greater increase in grip strength,joint swelling and ease the more obvious,a shorter duration of morning stiffness in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion: TCM is better than western medicine in treating rheumatoid arthritis,is worthy of clinical application.
