| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method on determination of the content of quercetin in Fufang Pingchuan Capsule.Methods Adopted HPLC method,chromatographic conditions were available as follows Phenomenex DDS-C18 column(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),acetonitril and 0.1% phosphoric acid(36:64) as mobile phase,detecting wavelength was 370 nm,temperature of the column was 40 ℃,the flowrate was 0.6 mL/min.Results The linear correlation of quercetin was well within 0.1184～0.7104 μg(r=0.9998).The average recovery rate was 97.7%,the content of quercetin in sample was 7.01 mg/g.Conclusion HPLC method is accurate,sensitive and reproducible,it can be used as the determination method of the content of quercetin in Fufang Pingchuan Capsule. |
