| 摘 要： | 目的：观察心理护理干预对肺癌患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪改善情况。方法：将60例晚期肺癌患者随机分为干预组、对照组各30例。2组均给予肺癌患者常规一级护理。干预组在常规护理基础上针对焦虚、抑郁等负性情绪给予心理干预。结果：2组焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分干预后均降低（P〈0.05）,干预组较对照组明显（P〈0.05）。2组生理功能（PF）、生理职能（RP）、躯体疼痛（BP）、总体健康（GH）、活力（VT）、社会功能（SF）、情感职能（RE）、精神健康（MH）评分干预后升高（P〈0.05）,干预组较对照组明显（P〈0.05）。结论：心理护理干预可改善肺癌患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the improvements of psychological nursing intervention on negative emotions of patients with lung cancer. Method： Sixty patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into intervention group and control group on average. Both groups received routine nursing, intervention group were also given with psychological intervention. Result： SAS and SDS decreased after intervention in both groups （P〈0.05）, intervention group improved more greatly than control group （P〈0.05）. PF, RP, BP, GH, VT, SF, RE and MH after intervention rose in both groups （P〈0.05）, intervention group improved more greatly than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Psychological nursing intervention can improve negative emotion of patients with lung cancer. |
