通窍鼻渊丸微波干燥工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨通窍鼻渊丸的微波真空干燥工艺条件,为其生产提供理论依据。方法:采用正交试验,以所含水分及溶散时限为考察指标,进行综合评分,优选干燥工艺。结果:最佳干燥工艺条件为A2B3C2;即干燥温度30℃、干燥时间12分钟、物料厚度2 cm。结论:该工艺条件稳定,可为通窍鼻渊丸的生产提供理论依据。

Abstract:Objective: To provide theoretical evidence for production by exploring microwave drying technology of TongQiao BiYuanWan. Method: Best drying technology was evaluated and chosen with orthogonal design by taking moisture content and dissolve time limit as indexes. Result: Optimal drying technology is A2B3C2, namely drying tem- perature 30~C, dry time 12min, material thickness 2 era. Conclusion: Stable technological condition can provide theo- retical foundation for production.
