| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中药制剂心痛宁口服液对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者超敏C应蛋白(hs-CRP)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的影响.方法 选择120例UAP患者,随机分为两组.在冠心病西医标准治疗的基础上,治疗组加用心痛宁口服液,对照组应用辛伐他汀片,检测UAP的hs-CRP和LDL-C指标.结果 治疗后两组及hs-CRP及LDL-C水平均较治疗前降低,治疗组改善优于对照组.结论 心痛宁口服液有抗炎症和抗动脉硬化作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the Xintongning Oral liquid on hs-CRP and LDL-C of unstalbe angina pectoris(UAP).Methods:120 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group.In the basis of routine therapies,the treatment group was added the Xintongning Oral liquid and the control group was used the simvastatin tablet.After treatment,the hs-CRP and the LDL-C were detected and compared in 2 groups.Results:After treatment,hs-CRP and the LDL-C were decreased obviously.The improvement of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.Conclusion:Effects of Xintongning Oral lique are resistance inflammatory and atherosclerosis. |
