补肾壮骨汤联合经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折临床观察

【目的】观察补肾壮骨汤联合经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)的临床疗效。【方法】将72例OVCF患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各36例。2组患者均采取单侧入路进行PKP手术治疗,术后均给予健康宣教等常规处理,对照组于术后第1天开始给予口服碳酸钙D3片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上于术后第1天开始给予服用补肾壮骨汤治疗,治疗周期为4周,观察患者治疗前及治疗1周和4周后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分的变化情况,并评价2组患者的临床疗效。【结果】(1)治疗4周后,试验组的总有效率为94.4%,对照组为80.6%,试验组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗1周和4周后,2组患者VAS评分和ODI评分均较治疗前明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组治疗4周后对VAS评分和ODI评分的降低作用均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】补肾壮骨汤联合PKP治疗OVCF患者疗效显著,能有效减轻患者腰背部疼痛症状,改善患者腰部功能。

Clinical Observation of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction Combined with Percutaneous Kyphoplasty for Treatment of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction combined with percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods Seventy-two OVCF patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group,36 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with PKP through unilateral approach and were given postoperative health education.And additionally,on the first day after operation the control group was given oral use of calcium carbonate and vitamin D3 tablets,and the trial group was given oral use of calcium carbonate and vitamin D3 tablets together with Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction.The treatment period lasted 4 weeks.Before treatment and after treatment for one week and 4 weeks,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores in the two groups were observed.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results(1)After treatment for 4 weeks,the total effective rate of the control group and the trial group was 80.6%,94.4%respectively,and the trial group had stronger efficacy than the control group,the difference between the two groups being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment for one week and 4 weeks,the VAS scores and ODI scores in the two groups were much decreased(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the decrease of VAS scores and ODI scores after treatment for 4 weeks in the trial group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction combined with PKP is effective for the treatment of OVCF,and can effectively alleviate low back pain and improve lumbar function of OVCF patients.
