我国国家级寄生虫病预防控制所在热带医学领域学术影响力及SWOT发展策略

目的 探讨国家级寄生虫病预防控制所在热带医学领域的学术影响力和发展趋势。方法 收集2009—2018年热带医学领域相关论文,用文献计量法对比国内外18家机构在热带医学领域学术影响力,运用SWOT分析法剖析本机构在热带医学领域学术发展的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并提出相应的策略。结果 过去十年间,国家级寄生虫病预防控制所总发文量高于国内各机构,篇均引用次数为16.63,H-index为30,高于国内机构并优于部分国外机构,但与国际领先机构如伦敦卫生与热带医学院和瑞士热带与公共卫生研究院等差距很大。依据SWOT分析框架,总结出国家级寄生虫病预防控制所在热带医学领域发展的优势是有长期在寄生虫病防治领域的经验、人才及数据积累;主要劣势是缺乏学科发展规划和缺少热带医学专业人才;目前机会是国家对热带病越来越重视及输入性热带病在国内时有发生,主要威胁为国内相关单位的投入增加、影响力逐渐赶超。基于SO、WT、SW、OT四种策略提出对该机构在热带医学领域研究的发展建议。结论 国家级寄生虫病预防控制所在宏观上应配合国家“一带一路”战略,做好热带医学学科发展的顶层设计,完善人才培养方案,健全机构的管理制度;在具体实施过程中,应开展继续教育和合作交流,做好人才、技术储备工作;应加快科研成果转化,促进产学研合作;应继续扩展海外科研基地,加强国际合作,提高学术影响力。

SWOT strategy and academic impact of the National Institute of Parasitic Diseases on the tropical medicine

Objective To explore the academic influence and development trend of the National Institute of Parasitic Diseases (NIPD) in tropical medicine field by strength, weaknesses, opportunity, threats (SWOT) analysis. Methods The literature in the field of tropical medicine was collected from 2009 to 2018. The academic impact of 18 domestic and foreign institutions in the field of tropical medicine was compared with by bibliometric method. A SWOT analysis was conducted to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of NIPD in tropical medicine. Results In the past decade, the total number of articles issued by NIPD was higher than that of domestic institutions. The citations per article was 16.63, and the h-index was 30, which was higher than that of domestic institutions and better than that of some foreign institutions. However, there was a gap with international leading institutions such as the London School of Health and Tropical Medicine and the Swiss Institute of Tropical and Public Health. According to the SWOT analysis, the advantages of NIPD were long-term experience, talents and data accumulation in the field of parasitosis control. The disadvantages were the lack of discipline development planning and tropical medicine experts. The opportunity was that China has paid more attention to tropical diseases and imported tropical diseases occur frequently in China. The threat was the increase of investment and influence of relevant domestic institutions. The SWOT analysis strategies of SO, WT, SW and OT were suggested for the development of the NIPD on the tropical medicine. Conclusion With One Belt, One Road strategy, NIPD should improve the top-level design, personnel training program and management system. It′s necessary to continuing education and cooperation, preparing fundamental reserves such as human resource, technology, accelerating the transformation of scientific research results, promoting cooperation between production, teaching and research, expanding its overseas research base to improve academic impact.
