电针联合功能锻炼治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

【目的】观察电针联合功能锻炼治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。【方法】将105例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组,每组各35例。对照1组给予功能锻炼;对照2组给予口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖,750 mg/次,每日2次;治疗组给予电针联合功能锻炼,连续治疗12周。观察膝关节骨性关节炎日本骨科协会(JOA)评分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、中医症状积分,并评定其临床疗效。【结果】(1)治疗后,3组患者的JOA和VAS评分均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组的改善作用明显优于对照1组和对照2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,3组患者的中医症状积分均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组的改善作用均明显优于对照1组和对照2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗组总有效率为91.43%,对照1组和对照2组均为71.43%。治疗组疗效优于对照1组和对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】电针联合功能锻炼能有效地改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床症状和活动能力,提高患者生活质量,临床疗效显著。

Clinical Observation of Electro-Acupuncture Combined with Functional Exercise in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture combined with functional exercise for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 105 knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into observation group,control group 1 and control group 2,35 cases in each group.Control group 1 received functional exercise;the control group 2 received oral use of glucosamine hydrochloride,750 mg per time,twice a day;the observation group received electro-acupuncture combined with functional exercise for 12 weeks.The Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of knee osteoarthritis were observed,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results(1)After treatment,JOA and VAS scores in the three groups were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group 1 and control group 2,the difference being significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score in the three groups was improved(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group 1 and control group 2,the difference being significant(P<0.05).(3)The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.43%,and was significantly superior to that in the control group 1(71.43%)and control group 2(71.43%),the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electro-acupuncture combined with functional exercise has significant therapeutic effect for knee osteoarthritis by improving the clinical symptoms and activity ability of the patients to promote the quality of life.
