| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨＾１３１Ｉ－ＭＩＢＧＳＰＥＣＴ显地嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断价值。方法 观察１３例嗜铬细胞瘤及其中３例术后复查病人＾１３１－ＭＩＢＧＳＰＥＣＴ肾上腺髓业像衣心业像结果，并与ＣＴ、Ｂ超、去甲肾上腺素（ＮＥ）／尿３－甲基－４羟－杏仁酸（ＶＭＡ）等结果进行对照分析。结果＾１３１Ｉ－ＭＩＧＢ对嗜铬细胞瘤的检出率达１００％，而ＣＴ、Ｂ超、ＮＥ／尿ＶＭ地该病的检出率依次为８４．６１％，６９．２３％，５４．５４

| Abstract: | Objective\ To investigate the clinical value of 131 I MIBG imaging in diagnosis of pheochromocytoma.\ Methods\ Adrenal medullary imaging with 131 I MIBG was carried out in 13 patients with pheochromocytoma.\ Results\ The detective rate of 131 I MIBG imaging was 100%,while those of CT,ultrasonogram and urinary vanillyl mandelic acid(VMA)/norepinephrine(NE) were 84.61%, 69.23% and 54.54% respectively.\ Intra and extra adrenal pheochromocytomas,asymptomatic,malignant or metastatic could be diagnosed by this technique.\ Myocardium images were not seen in these patients,but seen in 3 cases after adrenalectomy for pheochromocytoma.\ Conclusion\ The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the imaging were higher than CT,UT and VMA in diagnosing the disease.\ Non imaging of heart may help in pheochromocytoma diagnosis. |
