单药多西紫杉醇治疗晚期和复发胃癌的临床疗效

目的:观察单药多西紫杉醇治疗晚期和复发胃癌的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法:多西紫杉醇35mg/m2/周,静滴,每周1次,连续应用3周,休息1周。每28天为1周期,共2~4周期。结果:全组22例总有效率为45.4%(10/22)。12例初治病例有效率为50%(6/12),其中CR1例;10例复治病例有效率为40%(4/10),其中CR0例。初治和复治病例的中位缓解期分别为6.7个月和4.8个月。血液毒性主要表现为白细胞减少,发生率为45.4%(10/22),其中Ⅲ-Ⅳ度白细胞减少13.6%(3/22)。Ⅰ~Ⅲ度口腔黏膜炎18.1%(4/22)。结论:单药多西紫杉醇治疗晚期和复发胃癌有较好的疗效,不良反应少,依从性较好,对治疗晚期和复发胃癌的有一定疗效。

Clinical observation of docetaxel in treatment of advanced gastric cancer

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and side-effects of docetaxel in treatment of advanced gastric cancer(AGC). Methods: Twenty two cases of AGC were treated with docetaxel (25~30mg/m2/w, VD). Every 4 weeks was a cycle. All patients received 2~4 cycles. Results: The total response rate was 45.4%(10/22). The response rate of patients receiving primary treatment was 50%(6/12), one was CR. The response rate of patients receiving secondary treatment was 40%(4/10), there were no CR. Median duration time of relief in the two groups were 6.3 months and 4.8 months respectively. The main hematologic toxicity was myelosupression (58.4%), and III~IV grade neutropenia (25.4%). 1 to 3 grade stomatitis (18.1%).Conclusion: Docetaxel was a safe and effective therapy for patients with AGC.
