| 摘 要： | 目的：研究MEDPOR在眼部及眶部整形美容中的应用。方法：应用MEDPOR治疗36例（36眼）眼部及眶部整形患者。结果：术后所有患者效果满意，眼球正位，复视消失，一例眶修复术后，又经两次斜视手术，复视得到矫正。结论：在眼部及眶部整形美容术中，MEDPOR是一种良好的，现代的线状高密度多孔网状生物材料。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of Medpor implant in the ocular and orbital plastic surgery. Methods:Medpor implant was used in the ocular and orbital surgery in 36 eyes of 36 patients. Results:All the patients appeared satisfactory restoration of normal globe position and eliminated diplopia.One case was performed strabismus surgery two times after orbital reparation surgery. Conclusions:Medpor implants is manufactured from a modern biomaterial with liner high-density polyethylene.It is wonderful for using in the ocular and orbital plastic surgery. |
