| 摘 要： | 目的 运用小鼠股部肌袋模型，观察重组入骨形成蛋白-2(rhBMP-2)的异位诱骨活性。方法 将rhBMP-20．5mg、1．0mg、1．5mg及人血清白蛋白(HSA)1．5mg分别植入小鼠股部肌肉，观察组织学成骨及测定标本内钙含量。结果 植入rhBMP-21．0mg及1．5mg组成骨良好，组织钙含量高。其余组未见成骨。结论 rhBMP-2如同天然骨形成蛋白一样，能够在异位以软骨内化骨方式诱导成骨，且存在剂量依赖性与时间依赖性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective\ The thigh muscle model of mouse was selected to observe the ectopic bone inductive activity of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein 2(rhBMP 2).Methods\ 0 5 mg,1 0 mg,1 5 mg rhBMP 2 and 1 5 mg human serum albunin(HSA) were implanted into the thigh muscle models of mice respectively.Histological examination and evaluation of calcium contents in the specimen were carried out.Results\ The histolgical examination showed that 1 0 mg and 1 5 mg rhBMP 2 induced new bone formation certainly and calcium contents were large.There was no evidence of new bone formation in the other groups.Conclusion\ It was showed that rhBMP 2 have native BMP do and the characterization of time and dose dependence. |
