摘    要:目的预测职业病危害因素的种类和危害程度,并分析其关键控制点。方法采用经验法、类比分析法进行分析。结果该建设项目存在的职业病危害因素为液体化工品、噪声、高温、工频电磁场等。工作场所可能存在的主要化学毒物有苯类、酮类、酯类、醇类、一氧化碳、硫化氢、氨和锰化合物等。结论该项目的职业病危害因素比较复杂,应从职业病危害发生的关键控制部位加强防治工作。

Prediction of occupational hazards land critical control point in chemical storage project

Abstract:Objective To predict occupational hazard for a chemical storage project and analyze critical control points of it. Methods Analog method and the empirical method were applied for identifying occupational hazards. Results The occupational hazards existed in the chemical storage project were chemicals, noise, high temperature and electromagnetic field. The most important hazards was chemical poison such as benezene, ketones, esters, alcohols, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and manganese compounds. Conclusion Effective measures should be taken and be strengthened to prevent chemical poisoning from occurrence in a chemicals storage project.
