深圳市南山区口腔诊疗器械消毒卫生专项监测结果分析

目的:通过开展南山区口腔诊疗器械消毒卫生专项监测,了解南山区口腔诊疗器械消毒的卫生状况,为提高南山区医疗机构口腔诊疗器械消毒工作质量,保障医疗安全提供依据。方法:按照《消毒技术规范》2002版及GB15982-1995,GB15979-2002中检验方法进行样品检验。结果:61所医疗机构共抽查786份样品,总合格率为91.2%,其中医院合格率95.5%,社康中心合格率90.1%,社会医疗机构合格率86.4%;医护人员手及物体表面合格率分别为78.3%及88.1%。结论:南山区口腔诊疗器械消毒监测合格率有待进一步提高,医院消毒质量优于社康中心和社会医疗机构,医护人员手及物体表面应加强清洁及消毒。建议卫生监督部门对各医疗机构消毒工作加强监督、指导,督促他们在日常工作中要严格执行《医疗机构口腔诊疗器械消毒技术操作规范》1]。

Analysis of special monitoring of disinfectant effect of stomatologic instruments in Nanshan district

Objective:By specially monitoring the disinfectant sanitation of stomatologic instruments,we can understand the status of the disinfectant sanitation of stomatologic instruments in Nanshan distict to improve the disinfectant quality of stomatologic instuments in medical treatment organization,and provide the scientific evidence to protect the safety of medical treatment.Methods:According to the methods of technical standard for disinfection,GB15982-1995 and GB15979-2002,we tested the samples.Results:We monitored 786 samples in 61 medical treatment organization totally,and the qualified rate was 91.2%.There into qualified rate was 95.5% in hospitals,90.1% in social healing centers,86.4% in social medical treatment organization.The qualified rate in the hands of medical personnel and the object surfaces was 78.3% and 88.1%.Conclusion:The qualified rate of the disinfection of stomatologic instruments needs to be elevated.The disinfectant quality in hospitals is better than that of social healing centers and social medical treatment organizations.We should strengthen the cleanliness and disinfection to the hands of the medical personnel and the object surfaces.We suggest the department of hygiene surveillance fortify the monitor and direction to the disinfection of all medical treatment organization,so that they can strictly carry out the technical operation standard for disinfection of stomatologic instruments in medical organization.
