针灸联合香丹注射液治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床分析

目的:通过80例椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的治疗,观察针灸联合香丹注射液疗法的临床效果。方法:将诊断为椎动脉型颈椎病的患者随机分成治疗组与对照组,治疗组40例,用针灸联合香丹注射液静脉滴注疗法;对照组40例,应用单纯针灸治疗,每天1次。治疗时间为7d,随访1个月。结果:治疗组治愈25例,显效11例,有效3例,无效1例;而对照组治愈6例,显效10例,有效14例,无效10例,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:针灸联合香丹注射液临床治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕效果显著,具有较高的推广价值。

Clinical analysis of treating CSA by acupuncture plus Xiangdan injection

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating 80 cases of CSA by acupuncture plus Xiangdan injection.Methods:Diagnosis of CSA patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,the treatment group of 40 patients was given acupuncture plus intravenous therapy with Xiangdan injection for treatment;control group of 40 patients,the application of a simple acupuncture treatment,day 1times.The treatment time is 7 days and was followed up for 1 month.Results:In the treatment group,25 cases were cured,11 cases markedly,effective in 3 cases,ineffective in 1 case;and in the control group,6 cases were cured,10 cases markedly,effective in 14 cases,ineffective in 10 cases,the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture plus Xiangdan injection on treating vertebral artery type of cervical vertigo effect is significant,with high promotional value.
