AOPP患者血清MCP-1的表达及意义

目的探讨在急性有机磷农药中毒患者中血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1的表达及临床意义。方法选取2010年5月-2011年8月来我院人院治疗的急性有机磷农药中毒患者153例，以患者的中毒程度为依据进行分组，其中轻度组、中度组及重度组分别有患者37、61、55例。血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1的含量采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法进行检测。结果与对照组比较，急性有机磷农药中毒的各组患者中的MCP-1具有明显较高的含量，CHE较低；与轻度中毒组比较，重度组及中度组的MCP-1均具有明显较高的含量，CHE较低；与中度组比较，重度组明显具有较高的MCP-1含量，CHE较低；且以上差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。MCP-1含量与血清CHE呈显著的负相关（P〈0．05）。与生存组比较，死亡组患者的MCP-1含量差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在急性有机磷农药中毒患者中对其MCP-1含量进行检测，能够使疾病的病情及其预后得到反映，急性有机磷农药中毒患者的病情越重，中毒程度越深，其MCP-1含量越高，并且与胆碱酯酶呈显著的负相关。

Expression and clinical significance of serum MCP-1 in AOPP patients

Objective To investigate patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the list of blood cells chemoattractant protein-1 expression and clinical significance.Methods 153 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were selected from May 2010 to August 2011 in our hospital,with patients grouped according to the degree of intoxication,mild group,moderate group and severe group were 37,61,55 cases.MCP-1 was detected by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results Compared with control group,MCP-1 levels of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients in each group was significantly higher,CHE was lower;compared with mild poisoning group,and MCP-1 of the moderate group and severe group were significantly higher,CHE was lower;Compared with moderate group,MCP-1 of severe group was significantly higher,CHE was lower,and above all had significant statistical differences(P < 0.05).MCP-1 levels and serum CHE showed a significant negative correlation(P < 0.05).Compared with the survival group,MCP-1 levels of death group was significantly different statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion In patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in their MCP-1 levels were detected,the disease can be reflected in the condition and prognosis of acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning patients more severe disease,poisoning,deeper level,the MCP-1 levels higher,and with cholinesterase showed a significant negative correlation.
