无锡市医院放射工作人员所受放射电离辐射现状分析

目的对无锡市职业性接触电离辐射的相关工作人员所受放射电离辐射的现状进行评价与分析,为今后制定最优化辐射防护措施提供基础资料。方法按照放射工作人员职业健康检查规范的要求,回顾性分析2006年1月—2010年12月无锡市389例放射相关专业的工作人员年放射线受照剂量。结果 5年来,无锡市放射相关工作人员年放射线受照剂量均20 mSv,但年放射线受照剂量呈逐年上升趋势;不同级别医院间放射科工作人员年放射线受照剂量差异有统计学意义(P0.05);不同级别医院间放射相关工作人员异常症状及体征检出率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论今后还须进一步加强对职业性接触电离辐射的医务人员的剂量监测与健康监护工作,并且有针对性地加强对较低级别医院工作人员的放射防护。

Status analysis of radiation workers suffering from ionizing radiation in hospital of Wuxi City

[Objective]To evaluate and analyze the status of radiation workers suffering from radiation ionizing,and provide basic information for developing optimized radiation protection measures.[Methods]According to the occupational health examination requirements of medical radiation workers,retrospective analysis was performed on annual radiation exposure doses of 389 radiation workers in Wuxi City from Jan 2006-Dec 2010.[Results]In recent 5 years,annual radiation exposure doses of radiation workers were all <20 mSv,but with annual increasing trend;and that between workers in hospitals of different levels was significantly different(P<0.05);while the abnormal symptoms and detection rate of signs between workers in hospitals of different levels was not significantly different(P> 0.05).[Conclusion]Dose monitoring and health surveillance should be strengthened among radiation workers exposed to ionizing radiation.And targeted radiation protection should be enhanced among workers of low-level hospitals.
