| 摘 要： | 目的:观察推拿手法配合理疗、牵引治疗早期股骨头坏死的效果。方法:对20例早期股骨头坏死的患者,采用推拿手法及辅助治疗。结果:本组20例患者,显效10例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率90%。结论:推拿手法治疗早期股骨头坏死疗效显著,简便易行,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of the manipulation plus physiotherapy and traction in treating early femoral head necrosis. Methods: 20 cases were treated by manipulation plus adjuvant therapy. Results: In 20 patients, markedly effective in 10 cases, effective in 8 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 90%. Conclusion: Manipulation was effective in treating early avascular necrosis, worthy of promotion. |
